Notice of Annual General Meeting - 2017

Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the
CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF GIFT PLANNERS
will be held as follows:

DATE: Thursday, March 30, 2017  
TIME: 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. EDT 
LOCATION: Hilton Toronto Hotel
145 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON

 

The purpose of the meeting is to:  

  1. approve the minutes of the April 7, 2016 Annual General Meeting;
  2. receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2016;
  3. appoint the Auditors for 2017 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;
  4. elect Directors;
  5. transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
