Tara Britnell is a partner at Hamilton Duncan Armstrong + Stewart in Surrey. She was called to the Bar in 1989 and practiced commercial litigation in Vancouver until joining Hamilton Duncan in 2001. There she took up the fascinating practice of estate litigation, in which she now practices exclusively.
Tara is the President of the Fraser Valley Estate Planning Council and has presented on estate topics to many organizations, including the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and Continuing Legal Education BC. Her professional focus on feuding families is balanced by a wonderful home life with her husband and their two teen-age boys.
