Ethics and Other Challenging Issues for Gift Planners and  Charities

Each day gift planners are faced with tough decisions on serious ethical issues, such as: undue influence, determining mental capacity, adhering to a donor’s final wishes, breaching fiduciary trust and responsibility, and/or blurred lines between professional and personal relationship with donors.

When law, your charity’s governing policies and morality collide – which path do you follow?  The field of gift planning presents itself with many ethical minefields and some tough decisions.

Join us for a joint Mentoring/Education Breakfast to learn from our panel of experts who will share stories from the trenches for a peer mentoring and learning experience on important ethical issues in the field of gift planning.
