Sarah Anderson Dykema advises clients on privacy and related technology and intellectual property matters, spanning both the private and public sector. She provides advice on compliance with Canadian federal and provincial privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (NS) and the Personal Information International Disclosure Protection Act. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (“CIPP/C”) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Sarah is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Canadian Bar Association (Privacy & Access Law and Intellectual Property sections), and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

 
Cost:        $30 CAGP and AFP Members & $40 Non-members (includes light lunch)
