Wendy has been practicing for over 25 years exclusively in the field of estate litigation and estate mediation. She is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in estates & trusts. Always in search of a less intrusive way to resolve estate disputes, Wendy focuses on providing customized mediations and creative settlements. Wendy writes and lectures regularly in her field. She is retired adjunct faculty and is also a retired small claims court judge. When not working, Wendy can be found somewhere in a park doing tai chi …. 2 meters apart from anyone else….
