Hear from Philanthropic expert Nicole Nakoneshny, KCI Senior Vice President and Editor, Philanthropic Trends Quarterly on the Charitable & Gift Planning Trends for 2018. The session will be grounded in newly released research from Imagine Canada on the giving patterns, behaviours and motivations of Canadians.

Hear from Philanthropic expert Nicole Nakoneshny, KCI Senior Vice President and Editor, Philanthropic Trends Quarterly on the Charitable & Gift Planning Trends for 2018 with a special focus on new research being released by Imagine Canada.

Nicole will present about and offer an open forum discussion surrounding the top trends in how Canadians are giving to, and engaging with, charity. The session will be grounded in newly released research from Imagine Canada on the giving patterns, behaviours and motivations of Canadians. Of course, the session will have a particular focus on what this new research means for the future of planned giving. *This research will be fresh off the press and will be the focus of the December episode of The Ask, KCI's new podcast.

 

About Nicole:

Nicole Nakoneshny - Senior Vice President - KCI (Ketchum Canada Inc.)
In addition to serving as the editor of KCI's publication, Philanthropic Trends Quarterly©, which explore the trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy in Canada, Nicole plays a lead role in KCI's specialty portfolio. She works closely with clients to develop highly customised strategic plans and integrated revenue generation strategies. Nicole also conducts capacity assessments and program reviews that assist organizations in enhancing their activities and achieving increased fundraising results. An active volunteer, Nicole has served as a talking books narrator for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind for more than twenty years and she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Tim Horton Children's Foundation.
