From Jan 1, 2026, Ontario's Pay Transparency Act requires Ontario employers with over 25 staff to also disclose if AI tools are being used in the screening process. In addition, you must include a statement on whether the posting is for an existing vacancy (or not). We will be checking job descriptions to ensure compliance.
