Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan (2026–2029)
A more generous and just society is only possible when the barriers to participation are identified, challenged, and reduced, and when diverse voices, lived experiences, and perspectives meaningfully shape our work.
This four-year DEI Action Plan sets out CAGP's commitments across governance, programs, operations, and relationships. It's not a document that stands apart from our core work; it's an expression of how we intend to pursue our mission with equity, inclusion, and belonging at the centre.
We're sharing this plan because we believe in transparency: about the progress we've made, the work still ahead, and how we'll hold ourselves accountable, coast to coast to coast.
