Ed Sluga is one of Canada's most experienced Planned Giving professionals. For over 15 years, he has helped hundreds of organizations from across the country develop and benefit from long-term, sustainable and proactive fundraising and Planned Giving programs. Focusing on developing organizational structures and operations so that they are positioned to experience success for the long-term, Ed's chief motivation is helping organizations achieve the goals of their mission with their communities.

Serving international, national, regional and local not-for-profits, Ed has provided expertise and support in various areas of organizational development, major gift fundraising and Planned Giving. These include: strategic planning, organizational vision development, program creation and implementation, capacity audits and program building, action and marketing plans, professional advisor programs, marketing and communication strategies and implementation and development program audits. Each client has represented a different challenge and each outcome has had its own level of success. Because of this, Ed has an unmatched perspective on the approaches available to organizations.
