This session will explore the duties and responsibilities of an executor, the potential options with respect to who to name as your executor and the difference between the various options. The role of the executor can be daunting and it is important to be aware of what is involved before making the decision. This session will also explore how to structure charitable gifts in the Will and how naming a charitable organization in your Will may also impact your executor.
