About our speaker:

Henry Villanueva is Legal Counsel to MacMillan Estate Planning Corp.  MacMillan commits to safeguarding family’s significance and collaborating with families to design and implement a customized estate plan that preserves wealth and promotes family harmony.

Henry practices in wills and estates with a focus on estate planning, trusts and succession planning.  He also provides advice regarding corporate and commercial matters with a focus on business transactions, corporate structuring, shareholder and director issues, corporate reorganizations and tax. 

As a proud member of the MacMillan team of professionals, Henry advises families and companies on structuring their personal and corporate affairs in an effective and efficient manner that protects family’s legacy.

Henry combines 12 years of professional work experience; 9 years inclusive as a legal professional in Calgary and 3 years as a Certified Public Accountant having worked at a big four global accounting firm.  He has spoken before the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and conducted various presentations.  Henry is proud to positively contribute back to the community by supporting local non-profits and charities.
