Estate Administration: A Look at the Process in Administering an Estate

This presentation will take a look at the process involved in the administration of an estate from death to the passing of accounts.  Jeffrey Norwig of McDougall Gauley LLP will walk through the steps an Executor/Administrator goes through in dealing with the estate administration. 

The goal of this presentation is to highlight the pitfalls that can arise from the administration of an estate and to provide an understanding of this process to charitable organizations that may be beneficiaries under an estate.
