Cancellation Policy for Participants

Before November 1, 2022 – Full refund, less a $150 administrative fee*

November 2 – December 1, 2022 – 50% refund, less a $150 administrative fee*

After December 1, 2022 – No refund*

*IMPORTANT: Registration is transferable within your organization at any time, subject to a $150 administration fee.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

We are unable to waive this policy in the event of COVID-19 related cancellations.

CAGP Foundation reserves the right to amend or cancel the event.

If an event has to be cancelled or rescheduled we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the change. You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

In the event of a cancellation, we will not reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs related to the event.

CAGP’s Health & Safety Protocols

For your safety and the safety of your colleagues, our policy at CAGP is that anyone who wishes to attend the Original Canadian Gift Planning Course must be fully vaccinated as of January 30, 2023 (14 days before the first day of the course). Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon arrival at Original Course, however we will not be storing this information. Please note, however, that this is a fluid situation, and could change before the Original Course takes place.
