2025 - 2026 Fall Will Power Charity Partner Sign-Up

Thank you for becoming a partner in the Will Power campaign, the biggest movement to normalize gifts in Wills in Canada’s history. You are joining a progressive group of charities and advisors who have combined forces to propel this movement forward.

As a Will Power partner you have access to benefits that help you capitalize on the campaign and promote gifts in Wills to your organization. The expiry date for this partnership is:

- November 30, 2026 (1-year partnership)

- November 30, 2027 (2-year partnership)


How to register:

1. Fill out your oganization details, including the main contact person for Will Power.

2. Select your fee category based on the size of your organization, as determined by a 3 year average of your total fundraising revenue. To calculate your total fundraising revenue, visit your charity listing on the CRA website and take a 3 year average of lines 4500, 4510, 4530, 4575, & 4630 in Schedule 6.

3. You can choose to pay for 1 year, or 2 years with a 15% discount (fees for both years are paid at registration).

4. Select your payment method. Once you confirm your registration an invoice will be automatically sent.

All aspects of Will Power (the Campaign), including the marketing benefits to be provided to partner organizations (Partners) pursuant to the Campaign, shall be determined by the CAGP Foundation and shall be subject to the policies of the CAGP Foundation as the same may be amended from time to time. The CAGP Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject applications for Partners in the Campaign, as it determines in its sole discretion. Failure by a Partner to pay all fees in full as and when due shall immediately disentitle the Partner to the benefits of the Campaign. Fees are subject to change upon notice from the CAGP Foundation.

All intellectual property in all materials produced by the CAGP Foundation for or in relation to this Campaign, including any materials that may be shared with Partners, is owned by the CAGP Foundation. Partners are permitted to use these materials with consent from the CAGP Foundation and subject to the terms of any such consent, consent may be granted and withdrawn at any time in CAGP Foundation’s sole discretion.

CAGP Foundation and Partners (the Parties) expressly acknowledge that they are independent organizations. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a legal partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. This agreement may be terminated by either Party with immediate effect upon written notice in the event of a breach of material term on this agreement. CAGP Foundation, as well as its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors (the “Releasees”) shall not be liable to any Partner for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of revenue, resulting directly or in directly in connection with this agreement. Each Partner hereby releases the Releasees from any and all legal claims that it has or may have in the future against the Releasees, and expressly waives its right to sue or commence any action against the Releasees for any reason arising directly or indirectly in connection with this agreement.
