Real Talk on how to Build Bridges that Raise Money from within Our Organizations

Sometimes it’s not raising the money that’s the issue. Sometimes it’s that our structures that we work within are not structurally set up to partner with us to raise the money. Why? There are so many reasons: old governance, old narratives, mistrust, lack of understanding, fundraising as an “afterthought,” and personality clashes. So, let’s get real. Let’s attack this like we attack our fundraising goals.
 
In this workshop we’ll learn some tools to help us:
• Build trusting relationships across the organizational silos
• Work with the “other side” to help them determine funding priorities and how to rank them
• Own our “big elbows” to get projects moving and implemented when you are not the lead project owner Inspiring and Interactive.
