John will discuss the importance of the critical donor conversations that are vital to us all. John will draw from his significant experiences in all aspects of fundraising and highlight the importance of relationships and trust in establishing successful planned giving programs. He will highlight the key pitfalls to avoid and the important sensitivities that must be observed. Case studies will be presented and shared. John believes that well run and well funded planned giving programs have a great future and that the timing has never been better for success.

The webinar presentation will be followed by a short Annual General Meeting of the CAGP, Vancouver Island chapter.
