Heather Smith, Manager of Community Engagement, CMHA - Kelowna is presenting this lunch and learn. 

Heather will provide an overview of community-centric fundraising - what it is, its core principles, and what it looks like in practice. You will learn how communities benefit from this shift; its important impacts for NFP workers & volunteers; and our sector as a whole. The chat function will be open so your questions can be addressed.

Prior to joining CMHA, Heather's work centred on international fundraising. For many years as ED, she lead an organization which focused on collaborative projects for sustainable development and social justice in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
