Biography:

Lynn Khng is a privacy lawyer and certified privacy professional with expertise in global privacy law, AI governance, and responsible data use. She has advised organizations across the telecommunications, financial services, and insurance sectors on the GDPR, PIPEDA, and U.S. federal and state privacy laws. With experience embedding Privacy by Design into AI and digital products, Lynn has led privacy programs, negotiated data agreements, and managed regulatory investigations. She holds an LL.M. in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law from Osgoode Hall and certifications including the CIPP/US, CIPP/C, and CIPM. She is a certified in-house counsel with the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CIC.C).
