Conflict flows from life and is continuously present in all human interactions. While conflict can negatively impact donor relationships and organizations, effectively engaging with conflict can also make it a powerful source of creativity and constructive change. This presentation will provide insights and tools to assist practitioners to address and manage donor | clients and workplace conflict. When we better understand our experience of conflict, we will be better equipped to either prevent it or resolve it when it occurs.
