Most executors are new to the task and are unfamiliar with the administrative nuances of charitable gifts by will. This webinar will provide you with tools to respectfully educate the executors you work with in order to realize your donor’s philanthropic intentions. You will also get tips on how to approach professional executors and the lawyers acting for lay executors. The timing of administrative milestones such as notice, accounting and tax matters will be discussed. You will also learn how to handle some common issues that arise in estate administration.
