Please join Harvey Secter, former Chancellor at the University of Manitoba and Honorary Campaign Chair of the Front and Centre $500 millions campaign.  Harvey has had a long association with CAGP and is being honoured as a Friend of CAGP Manitoba at this event.

Harvey will share some reflections of the past 30 years as a volunteer, donor and fundraiser in Winnipeg and thoughts regarding the future philanthropic landscape.

Following Harvey's presentation, we will hear perspectives on his comments from:

  • A professional fundraiser, Stephanie Levene, Associate Vice-President (Alumni & Donor Relations) at the University of Manitoba who has worked with a wide array of donors at all levels, and
  • A professional advisor, Patrick O'Connor, President of Blackwood Family Enterprise Services, who assists many high net worth families with their philanthropic planning as part of their wealth and estate planning.

There will be time for conversation among the audience as well.
