A myriad of ways exist to help donors leave gifts from their estates.  Most of the time, these solutions are fairly straightforward.  In some circumstances, however,  creativity can lead to unusual but highly effective solutions that use standard gift-planning vehicles in ways that have been rarely envisioned. When the science and art of gift planning is combined, magic happens.

Join Bobby Kleinman  and Ryan Fraser who together will "pull back the curtain" as they take a deep dive into four highly unique case studies that cover a wide range of situations.    Ryan and Bobby will give examples as diverse as giving to a charity that doesn’t yet exist to working around the inherent limitations of gifting residue from spousal trusts.  Each  of the four cases is a real-world, existing solution that has a novel solution to complex goals that were achieved with creativity driven by deep and meaningful conversations between donors, advisors and charities.
