We will be addressing the Who, What, When, Where and How of Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) along with learning about the trends that are evolving within this domain. We will answer the following questions, who is delivering DAFs and why people want them to fulfill their philanthropic goals. What are DAFs, what purpose do they serve and what are the trends in using them from both the charitable sectors perspective and Financial Advisors. When is it best to use DAFs and when not to use them, what is changing within this dynamic sector? How are they being used, practical examples that bring the meaning behind the money into the desire to leave a family legacy and for intergenerational  wealth transfer. To learn more about Sonia's philanthropic pursuits and why this is an important element of her work, please have a look at this interview
