This excellent lead generation method is made even more powerful when questions are asked in a considered order, when you use the most effective words and phrases and when it is used in a systematic marketing program for your nonprofit.  Professor James is North America’s pre-eminent researcher in the field of planned gift marketing.  His books: “Inside the Mind of the Bequest Donor” and “Visual Planned Giving” are textbook standards for his graduate degree programs at Texas Tech University, the only one of its kind.
