Tough Topics

Topics of death, dying, legacy giving, and wills can be tough topics and can be especially worrisome to our donors and clients. Learn how we can make these conversations less stressful to ensure wishes are not only carried out, but also cared about.

Trina Markusson

Trina Markusson has been studying and practising mindfulness for over 17 years. She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful Teaching and Mindful-Based Stress Reduction and is certified in EFT (Tapping). She has introduced mindfulness to thousands of people via conferences, professional development sessions, private sessions and school visits.

Trina uses her life experiences & trainings in mindfulness to help you “be” in the room, to think positively and to make meaningful connections with others in your life, including donors and clients. She has appeared online at “Today’s Parent”, CTV, Global TV and CBC radio.
