Roger will examine common mistakes made when accepting gifts of insurance and how doing your homework can ensure both your donor and your organization can embrace the benefits.

About the Speaker
Roger Sinclair, CFP is a Partner at SBW Wealth Management & Employee Benefits. Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, Roger is a 1979 graduate and former member of the Board of Governors of the University of Prince Edward Island, (2000-2006). He has provided financial and estate planning services to families, business owners and professionals since 1982. He formed SBW Wealth Management & Employee Benefits with Peter Billard and Rob Weld in 1997. The firm has grown to 21 people and in addition to individual Wealth Management, provides Employee benefits, Retirement plans and Human Resource counseling services to over 450 companies in Atlantic Canada.
Roger was the 2011 recipient of the prestigious ‘Jack Hopwood Memorial Award,’ which is presented bi-annually to a Great West Life financial advisor in Canada who has played an outstanding volunteer role in his community, while providing consistent, professional service of the highest standard to his clients.
