Ken Ramsay figure parmi les professionnels les plus expérimentés en matière de dons planifiés en Amérique du Nord. En tant que president-directeur général de Legacy Leaders Inc. de 1996 à 2014, Ken a fait de cette société la plus importante société de conseil en dons planifiés en Amérique du Nord, recueillant plus de 2 milliards de dollars en dons anticipés. Il a été le président fondateur de l'Association canadienne des professionnels du don planifié et a cofondé avec Frank Minton le cours sur le don planifié à la Banff School for Management.

Ken est un orateur, un formateur, un mentor et un coach très apprécié. Au fil des années, il a offert des conferences et des formations à toutes les grandes associations de l’Amérique du Nord : AFP, NCPG (PPP), l'AHP, CASE, CCAE et à ACPDP-CAGP. Il a été professeur dans le cadre du réputé cours de gestion de la collecte de fonds au Humber College et a créé le cours sur les dons planifiés. Ken est membre de l'équipe nationale de consultants de PGgrowth et est PDG de Empowerment Dialogue Inc. et de l'Avatar Consulting Group.

Forte d’une solide formation – maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) et baccalauréat en marketing – Josée Darche possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience en développement des affaires dans les secteurs de la santé et de la philanthropie, dont neuf ans à la Fondation de l’Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal à titre de Directrice, développement, Dons majeurs et planifiés. KEN RAMSAY one of the most experienced planned giving professionals in North America. As President and CEO of Legacy Leaders Inc. from 1996 to 2014, Ken built that company to be the pre-eminent planned giving consulting company in North America raising over $2 billion in gift expectancies. He was the founding Chair of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and co-founded with Frank Minton, the course on Planned Giving at the Banff School for Management.

Ken is a frequent speaker, trainer, mentor and coach and has spoken and taught frequently at AFP, NCPG (PPP), AHP, CASE, CCAE and CAGP events throughout North America. He was a professor in the esteemed fundraising management course at Humber College and creating the Planned Giving course.
