By using effective questioning and listening, Heather has had first conversations with donors who have shared with her some of their most personal stories; about loved ones who have passed, the most important people in their lives, their thoughts on issues of religion, race, and sexuality.  In this webinar, we'll discuss what makes your donor pool distinct, how to get on the phone, and what questions and responses will leave room for your donors to tell them why your charity really matters to them.
