Working remotely in the time of COVID-19

2020 will be remembered as the year we worked from home, but will there be a permanent change in how and where we work? Leading, coaching and motivating a development team remotely presents unique challenges. It also presents challenges to the development professional who must, in many cases, lead up and across. In this session we will explore strategies for successfully engaging and supporting your development team, helping them to feel connected and encouraging them as they continue to strive in their work, as well as strategies for development professionals in working with colleagues and leadership to succeed in their work.

About the Speaker

Cathrine Yuill is a seasoned Executive Director, professional fundraiser, fundraising coach and Board member, having worked in a diverse range of non profit organizations over the last 25 years. Her deep experience in the sector has provided insight into the challenges and opportunities that smaller non-profit organizations face. Cathrine believes that genuine and supportive relationships in the workplace are what fuel our success in building relationships and support with our donors.
