\n Bio: Stephanie King is a Managing Broke
r\, educator\, and mentor whose passion for real e
state has shaped her life since a young age. Tradi
ng in real estate since 2015 with over 10 years in
the industry\, and earning her Broker’s designati
on in 2019 as a key milestone in her five-year pla
n. Stephanie has built her career on the belief th
at success is best measured by how many people you
lift as you climb. As Managing Broker and Directo
r of Compliance at RARE Real Estate\, Stephanie su
pports and guides an entire brokerage of agents\,
ensuring they are equipped\, compliant\, and confi
dent in their businesses. Known affectionately as
the “Compliance Queen\,” her leadership philosophy
centers on real mentorship and structure\, helpin
g agents build businesses of their own rather than
creating dependency. Mentorship is woven through
everything Stephanie does. She is the Founder of H
ouse of King\, a mentorship-driven collective buil
t on the pillars of Legacy\, Leadership\, and Loya
lty. As a TRREB Instructor\, she welcomes new memb

tion and technology training. Her volunteer leader

ofits use data and tech to advance their mission a
nd multiply their impact. As an experienced digita
l executive\, Jason has consistently provided lead
ership to help organizations stay ahead of the tec
hnology curve. He has successfully championed orga
nization-wide digital-first approaches and has dev
eloped and implemented strategies that support ope
rations\, marketing\, fundraising\, and program de
livery. Jason also serves as an editor for Ledger\
, a journal focused on blockchain research\, and h
as previously contributed his expertise to the boa
rds of Ontario 211 and NTEN\, promoting the skillf
