Canadian Free Wills Network
CAGP-ACPDP™, in partnership with The Canadian Free Wills Network, has implemented a program that applies the concept that offers Free Wills to a charity’s known supporters and donors. The Canadian Free Wills Network arranges with charities to pay for Wills, using a network of lawyers (and notaries, in Quebec) who have agreed to take a heavily discounted fee. The program covers simple and updated Wills (as defined by the lawyer/notary).
A CAGP-ACPDP™ Charity Member can subscribe to the Canadian Free Wills Network - for a 12-month membership for $4000 – which reflects a discount of $500 for CAGP-ACPDP™ Members. The membership fee pays for the maintenance of the network of lawyers/notaries and for the administration of the program.
