Original Canadian Gift Planning Course

The Banff Centre
Banff, AB
March 19 - 24, 2012
This course has now been held. The next CGP course will be held in 2013

About the Course...

Beginning in the early 1990’s, Frank Minton and Lorna Somers developed and taught the course in Banff, Alberta. In 1999, the course came under the auspices of CAGP-ACPDP™ and continues to operate to this day as the “boot camp” of Planned Giving education. Not to be considered introductory, the course is comprehensive, intense and set in beautiful, remote locations.

As this course has evolved over the years we have added an excellent group of Faculty.  We are also pleased to announce this course has received approval for Continuing Education units from both CFRE and The Institute (formerly Advocis).
